Pixel8 Web Design in Manchester Launch Europe’s Premier Overseas Property Website

Beat the Agent identified a gap in the overseas property market, bringing property buyers and sellers together, removing the need for a property agent.

The management approached Pixel8 Web Design with a remit to create their new brand identity and design a website for their direct ‘cutting out the middle man’ property re-sale company. The design needed to be clear and effective in communicating the ethos of the business, with a look and feel that could be continued throughout the website.

Following a series of workshops, we were able to develop a proposition that featured logo options, homepage and subsequent webpage designs, brand guide and also a series of exhibition banners.

Launched early february 2009, the new Beat-the-agent.com website incorporates a fresh clean design and a system that makes it easy for sellers to upload their properties and buyers to search for the property of choice.

Beat The Agent management have been armed with Pixel8’s latest, fully intuitive. content management system (CMS). In addition, a fully integrated online payment system allowing for subscription payments to be made easily by the property holder and a unique “property swap” feature enables users to swap properties with other members so selling or swapping has never been easier.
