Active 24 signs agreement with Lindorff

Active 24 expands the partnership with Lindorff for outsourcing of invoice administration in all Nordic countries to increase focus on their core business.

This will;
-Increase quality of service and customer satisfaction
-Improve customer loyalty and reduce churn
-Result in quicker response time

Outsourcing of the invoice administration will reduce Active 24`s costs. Lindorff is a professional outsourcing partner with experience in handling customer service for invoice related queries. This agreement also includes invoicing, dispatching and accounts receivables and debt collection handling.

Active 24 believe that this agreement will increase the quality of service and improve customer satisfaction. Lindorff has already provided dept collection services for Active 24 the last 2 years.
