DiGi Picks Teradata Data Warehouse Platform for Customer Analysis

Precise customer analysis will give mobile communications provider better understanding of its 6.8 million subscribers

The Teradata Active Enterprise Data Warehouse will be supported by Teradata Professional Services.

This new business intelligence platform enables extensive analysis of data pertaining to customer call detail records and customer communications management. This will support DiGi’s initiatives to provide more complete and effective service to its customers.
