SC Johnson News SC Johnson Italy Recognized for the Seventh Consecutive Year

RACINE, Wis.—This year marks the seventh year SC Johnson Italy has been recognized as a Great Place to Work. This year, the company ranked 12 on the list compiled by the Great Place to Work® Institute and published by the Italian newspaper, Il Corrienre della Sera – Il Mondo.

“To continually be recognized as a Great Place to Work is a true testament to what the company stands for,” says Patrick O’Brien, President – Developed Markets Platform. “We are pleased that SC Johnson Italy employees believe in our values year after year and help to make the company a success.”

Nearly 100 companies applied for Italy’s Great Place to Work recognition in 2008 with 35 making the list. The annual list is based on a random employee survey, a questionnaire on corporate policies and philosophies, and other supporting documents.

SC Johnson Italy shares recognition on the list with companies like Fater, Coca-cola, Microsoft and Cisco. None of SC Johnson Italy’s competitors have been named to the list.
