EMCOR Group, Inc. Subsidiary Awarded Contract For Mechanical Controls Installation At The University Of Notre Dame

NORWALK, CONNECTICUT. - EMCOR Group, Inc. Division of its Shambaugh & Son, L.P. subsidiary has received a contract for the installation of building automation systems at the new state-of-the-art engineering hall at the University of Notre Dame in Indiana. This facility will be seeking LEED Certification upon completion.



Shambaugh & Son, chosen by the University as its sole provider of automation and controls for construction, maintenance and energy conservation measures will be responsible for providing the HVAC controls and the Fume Hood Controls for the new facility currently under construction on the campus. The new facility, which will be named Stinson-Remick Hall, is three stories above grade with a full basement totaling 163,500 square feet and a 9,000 square foot clean room.
