Driving Fear Program Feeds Holiday Dinner To 20 Families in Need

A Waunakee, Wisconsin based business that provides a self help program and support to those suffering from phobias recently raised enough donations from the founder and customers to provide a holiday meal to 20 families in the local community.

The donations were given to the Waunakee Neighborhood Connection, who partnered with the local SHARE organization, the Waunakee Senior Center, and the Waunakee School District to provide holiday dinners to those in need in the Waunakee area.

Rich Presta, the founder of the program and community at http://www.DrivingFear.com said, “This is a special time of year for me, I’m very fortunate to have the ability to work so many wonderful people around the world on a daily basis, but we tend to sometimes overlook the needs of those struggling in our own community. The generous donations received by those hundreds or even thousands of miles away is testament that the spirit of the season is still alive and well.”

Genna Eaton of the Waunakee Neighborhood Connection had this to say, “Waunakee Neighborhood Connection (WNC) would like to thank all the customers of the Driving Fear Program for your support in the SHARE Christmas Dinner Program! WNC currently serves over 150 families in the area, and with the current economic conditions, that number grows every month. Generous gifts such as yours allows WNC to not only provide a needed meal for individuals, families and seniors during the holidays, but also provides the needed funding to support our neighbors with various programs throughout the year, including our free WNC store.
