Intentia to Announce Year-End Accounts for 2005 on February 28

Stockholm, Sweden—January 25, 2006—Intentia International AB (publ) (XSSE; INT B), a global enterprise solutions provider for the manufacturing, distribution and maintenance industries, announces that it will publish its year-end accounts for 2005 on Tuesday, February 28 at approximately 8:30 a.m. (CET).
CEO Bertrand Sciard and CFO Arthur Gitajn will comment on the results in a teleconference on the same day at 10:00 a.m. (CET). An invitation for the teleconference will be sent out separately.
