Budget Rent-A-Car and Moneycorp Announce New Partnership

Budget Rent-a-Car, the top-three global car and van rental company, has announced a new partnership with Moneycorp, the UK’s leading foreign exchange and international payment specialist.

The move comes with the promise of increasing benefits for overseas property owners/seekers, by providing regular discounts and special offers to help them save money.

Moneycorp Privilege Card holders will be entitled to a 5% discount on every rental with Budget – plus a free ‘additional driver’ on pick up of the vehicle when they present their Privilege Card at the rental counter.

Privilege Card holders will also be eligible to join the Budget Go Overseas! loyalty programme. This scheme for overseas property owners/seekers provides additional benefits including the chance to accrue a free day’s rental for every five days rented. The scheme also offers automatic qualification for Fastbreak – a priority service at International Airport locations, monthly e-newsletters and a dedicated website featuring regular news, offers and updates.

In turn, Budget’s Go Overseas! members will benefit from commission-free currency transactions at any Moneycorp, International Currency Exchange or American Express ’Bureau de Change’ across the UK – as well as a 1% improved rate at all airport branches.
