Green product design easy using MRPRO

Data exchange is enabled seamlessly either in spreadsheet or XML formats per the latest industry standards. Complete footprint exchange includes all desired compositions at the desired levels (article, subproduct or component or raw material level) and comprises other characteristics such as power usage during operation, or energy used in manufacture or any other parameter of the user’s choice as identified by a unique code. The data collected by a user can then be optionally mined efficiently by MRPRO for various computations and the results are available for subsequent communications in similar formats.

Its rapid scrubbing of substances in products versus the intermediate list of (soon the final list, when it is released) REACH Pre-Registration substances will enable companies to rapidly identify substances which have been pre-registered. In addition, the software can also scrub for threshold exceedances of substances in lists such as the SIN list as well as the list of potential substances of very high concern (SVHCs). Moreover, the program can seamlessly combine concentrations of substances represented by CAS numbers as well those represented by EC numbers in the same procedure by uniquely identifying them in the program as well as for visual checks..

MRPRO’s BOM scrubbing capabilities are offered free for download in a limited version. Heavy duty users needing more advanced capabilities and ability to handle larger BOMs (free limited version has lower limits) can, if they desire, buy an upgrade.
