Walmart Continues Operation Main Street Rollbacks and Holds Saturday Savings Event This Week

As a part of its Operation Main Street promise to cut the cost of Christmas, Walmart has announced this week more Rollbacks across the store focusing on home, apparel and home entertainment items for holiday shoppers, including additional savings on select electronics and toys to occur in stores this Saturday, Dec. 6, from 8 a.m. to midnight.

Starting at 8 a.m. through midnight, Walmart is taking prices* down even further on the following select electronics and popular toys, while supplies last:

* Dell Computer Desktop $398 ($100 savings) – 2GB memory, 160 GB hard drive, and 17 inch monitor
* Sanyo 42 inch LCD HDTV $598 ($250 savings) – 1080p resolution
* 7 inch Digital Photo Frame $39 (save $20) – Photo Share
* FurReal Biscuit My Lovin Puppy $99 (save $50) – life size Golden Retriever
* Kota Triceratops Dinosaur $199 (save $25) – interactive and large enough to climb on

Since getting home and family ready is the next focus for families after Thanksgiving, Walmart is providing new savings and Rollbacks on home needs, comfortable apparel, and entertainment items this week. From $15 46-piece sets of shatter proof ornaments to new savings on kitchen appliances, Walmart is introducing hundreds of more Rollbacks to last through the holidays. Additional examples of Rollbacks and savings* this week include:

Kitchen - savings of up to 25% on favorite appliance brands like Oster, GE, Mr. Coffee, Black and Decker, Hamilton Beach, and Durabrand;
Home Décor - $6 25-count colored string lights, $2 stockings, and $1 tinsel garland;
Toys - $5 and $6 classic board games like Yahtzee and Candyland;
Apparel – $4 licensed PJs and hoodies for kids; $4 micro fleece sleep pants, $9 and under adult hoodies;
Electronics – $248 Samsung Blu-ray player, assortment of $15 Blu-ray movies, $598 Sony 32 inch LCD TV.

Also, Walmart.com continues to offer its Cyber Week online specials this week with customer savings of up to 30 percent on more than 150 items through Friday, Dec. 5. Examples include 2 for $30 select title video games from Nintendo, Xbox and Playstation and the Baby Alive Doll with 12 Bonus Diapers $24. Also, many of these items are also available for free shipping through Site to Store.
