Want to Give Year End Bonuses - But Can’t Afford to?
It’s the holiday season – a time of cheer, good will – and often holiday bonuses from the company. But what if those bonuses are affordable this year due to the less than vibrant economy?
If you are a company that normally gives bonuses, but can’t afford to give as much as usual or any at all, the folks at Marketing Pedagogy want you to know how, for $40 per employee, you can give $300 in gas and $300 in groceries for the end of the year bonus. This is a very real offer – an incentive loyalty rebate program – and is for the two things EVERY family needs.
Owner Andy Greider explains “With the way the program works, the employees would see money each month until the end of 2009. This provides consistent giveback – for a total of $600 and is a huge value and nice bonus, especially when compared to a $50 gas card that is gone in one or two swipes and likely costs $50 or right at it. It works for everyone, whereas a “gift card” from a major retailer may not be a place they shop – or may not be in business by the time they use the car.” He concludes, “Remember, we all need to put the nozzle in the tank and food on the table.”
Marketing Pedagogy allows you to gift your employees with programs that run at $50, $45, $40, $30 and $25 per employee level – there’s even one at $15 per employee. Greider says “Get your orders in by the 12th of December and you’ll gain $1 off per certificate as our bonus and gift to you. Order more than 500 certificates in one order and receive another $1 off, if ordered by December 19th.” If your workforce is geographically diverse, the certificates can be sent via email as well, instead of USPS or FedEx.
When asked about other applications for these certificates, Greider said “These are great for client thank you gifts and are extremely effective as an incentive to drive business and magnet to draw customers in and away from your competition.”
