The corporate market, primarily executives staying more than one month, will make up 70-80 percent of guests, with the rest taken by individual, short stay guests. “Besides executives and businessmen, reservations from leisure travelers, particularly those staying for more than a week are also showing significant interest. “Here at Marriott, everyone is welcomed,” said Haddad.

Each apartment in the hotel features a beautiful living room complete with multimedia and entertainment centre (LCD satellite TVs, Hi-Fi system and DVD player), a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, stove, dish washer, water heater, crockery, cutlery and silverware), a spacious dining area, high-quality and comfortable furnishing, individual temperature control, dedicated area with cordless phone/voice mail, wire and wireless high speed Internet access, in-apartment safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, laundry machine, and 24/7 fire and safety systems.
