Sagem Sécurité introduces ELITE, a cutting-edge gaming terminal

Paris, Sagem Sécurité (SAFRAN Group) unveiled its latest gaming terminal, ELITE, in a world premiere at the World Lottery Association (WLA) conference and trade show in Rhodes from October 19 to 24, 2008.

The ELITE terminal is designed to guarantee maximum autonomy and transparency throughout the whole betting process, for players and retailers alike. It features an innovative dual entry optical reading zone, so that the player and the retailer can simultaneously follow the different steps in the betting and payout processes, in real time. ELITE also incorporates all functions needed for the use of contactless cards, to provide additional services to players.

Both lottery organizations and manufacturers expressed keen interest in the ELITE terminal during the WLA trade show.
