KD Engineering is pleased to announce that the services of Cochrane & Associates have been retained to promote their IAQ monitors. Cochrane & Associates, lead by industry veteran Paul Cochrane, will harness the company’s public relations and marketing resources behind the ground-breaking IAQ monitors that were first introduced more than a decade ago.

Common IAQ problems can range from inadequate ventilation to excessive carbon monoxide and high particulate levels. Recent innovations in sensor and data logging technologies now allow consultants, HVAC contractors and engineers to economically monitor IAQ levels in buildings utilizing remote sensors connected via secure link to the internet.

Professional engineers at KD Engineering developed the state-of-the-art IAQ monitors that have successfully undergone years of extensive field and laboratory evaluations. The monitors offer real-time data logging capabilities and software that allow indoor environments to be monitored, graphed and reported in numerous formats.

Wireless data logging instruments offered by KD Engineering include the versatile Home AirBoxx, shAirBoxx, and BlackBoxx. KD Engineering also manufacturers the popular AirBoxx, a state-of-the-art handheld monitor. The AirBoxx offers walk through monitoring as well as data logging capabilities for carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, temperature and relative humidity tracking. The AirBoxx also allows for four additional sensors that can include ozone, hydrogen sulfide, oxygen, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide and VOCs.
