Springbok Services Expands its Board of Directors

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., — Nov. 3, 2008 — Springbok Services announced today the appointment of Kevin Royal and William H. Haughey to its Board of Directors. This member expansion is a direct result of the company’s growth as the leading provider of customized prepaid card solutions.

In addition to their industry expertise, Kevin and Will have proven leadership experience. Kevin currently serves as the CFO of Blue Coat Systems, Inc., which provides technology to help IT organizations secure Web communications and accelerate business applications across the distributed enterprise. Prior to joining Blue Coat Systems, Kevin was the CFO at Novellus Systems, Inc., a semiconductor capital equipment provider.

Will has worked for Goldman, Sachs & Co. in a number of principal investing capacities, deploying investment dollars in both the public and private markets. Most recently, he served as part of the founding team of Goldman Sachs Investment Partners (GSIP), a $7 billion investing vehicle, and today, he remains with the firm in a consulting capacity.
