New Year at Kempton Park: From Horse racing To Conference Venues & Wedding Venues

The number one horse racing track in the UK gets ready for a busy year

Middlesex, UK October 26, 2008 – Kempton Park announced this week that their exciting fall race season has begun, and is currently in full swing. Fans of horse racing, jumping and great times are descending en masse to the famous track, which has a long history of being one of the best venues in the area. This year, fans will be able to take part in the famous King George VI Steeplechase as well as many other events.

The fall racing season runs from October through April and includes some of the finest jockeys and horses in the world. In addition to their regular rotation of races, this year, the track announced the addition of the Kentucky Derby Challenge Stakes, which will be held on the 18th of March, 2009. This is a rare opportunity for fans in the United Kingdom to take part in the historic Kentucky Derby. This new partnership between Churchill Downs and Kempton Park has been well received by fans and horse enthusiasts alike.

Numerous events are held throughout the week, and the track facilities can also be rented for wedding venues, as well as special events such as Christmas parties.
