Unisys Names Bob Bratt as Managing Partner for Civilian Agencies, Federal Systems

BLUE BELL, Pa. – Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) announced today that Robert Bratt has been named managing partner, Civilian Agencies, for Unisys Federal Systems, a leading provider of information technology services and solutions to the U.S. Federal government. Bratt succeeds Edward (Ted) Davies, who was recently appointed president of Unisys Federal Systems.

In his new role, Bratt is responsible for client relationship management, team development, market development and delivery of the work Unisys performs for federal civilian agencies. Since joining Unisys in 2004 Bratt has been responsible for managing Unisys programs with the U.S. Department of Justice and with the citizen and immigration services programs at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Prior to joining Unisys, Bratt served as corporate vice president/executive program manager at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), where he was responsible for the government telecommunications solutions organization. Previously, he was responsible for managing SAIC subsidiary Telcordia Technologies’ Southwestern Bell Corporation program management office.

Bratt brings to Unisys more than 22 years of experience with the Department of Justice, where he served as an executive officer in the agency’s Criminal Division. In this position he managed all administrative functions for the litigation division with more than 400 attorneys. During his time as a senior manager at DOJ, he received two Presidential awards for his work and numerous Department awards. One of his most notable successes was the establishment and management of the Japanese American Redress Program which was established after President Reagan signed the Civil Liberties Act of 1988 into law.
