eBay’r Wins a Home for $1.75...Foreclosure Home GOLD found for less than a Big Mac Meal!

According to the Associated Press article, a women has outbid seven other bidders on eBay to win a home for a mere $1.75. That is less than a Big Mac Meal! The home comes with $850 in back taxes so she will have to pay that and some other funds for yard cleanup. Her intention is to sell the home so with the right marketing, she will turn that $1.75 winning eBay bid into thousands!

In a telephone interview with online real estate marketing expert, Tammy Powell, she said: “This shows you the power of online marketing for real estate and the ability to find gold in the mountains of foreclosures sweeping across the nation.
