Prosafe Q4 2005 result will be published on 3 February 2006

Tananger, 6 January 2006, Prosafe ASA informs that the result for the fourth quarter of 2005 will be published on 3 February 2006 at approx. 8:00 a.m. CET, and not on 2 February 2006 as earlier announced.

Arne Austreid, President & CEO and Bjørn Henriksen, Exec. VP & CFO will the same day, on 3 February 2006 at 09:00 a.m., give a presentation of the result at the Hotel Continental, Stortingsgt. 24/26 in Oslo.

The presentation can also be followed via web streaming at http://www.prosafe.com . It will be possible to ask questions after the presentation. If you wish to ask questions through the internet, you can do so by sending an e-mail (further details in the web cast console).
