TestAmerica Strengthens Management Structure with Five Laboratory Director Appointments

TestAmerica has appointed Laboratory Directors for the Ontario, CA, Portland, OR, Richland, WA, St. Louis, MO, and Tampa, FL locations.

Keith Blanchard has assumed the role of Laboratory Director for the Tampa, Florida facility. Mr. Blanchard has more than 19 years of overall laboratory experience and originally joined TestAmerica in the capacity of Division Controller in 2000. He has most recently served as Laboratory Director for the Orlando, FL location.

Jodie Carnes has accepted the Laboratory Director role for the Richland, Washington laboratory. Ms. Carnes has worked at the Richland facility for 22 years in a variety of positions, including lab operations, reporting, project management, and quality assurance.

Teresa Morrison has joined TestAmerica as the new Laboratory Director for the Portland, Oregon laboratory. Ms. Morrison brings nearly 20 years of environmental laboratory experience to the TestAmerica team. Before joining TestAmerica, Ms. Morrison’s previous roles included Chemist, Project Manager, and Quality Assurance Manager.

Elaine Wild has accepted the Laboratory Director position for the St. Louis, Missouri location. Ms. Wild has 22 years of experience in the environmental testing industry and is well versed in all aspects of the facility’s environmental and radiochemistry operation. Ms. Wild’s previous roles included Quality Assurance Manager, Operations Manager, and Customer Service Manager.

Elizabeth Winger has been appointed Laboratory Director for the Ontario, CA facility, which is dedicated to the analyses of drinking water. Ms. Winger, who has more than 15 years of environmental laboratory experience, is also Laboratory Director for TestAmerica’s dedicated air analysis facility in Los Angeles, CA.
