(PLANO, TX), September 17, 2008—The ALC Players are proud to present their annual variety show featuring musical and comedy stage performances. Saturday Night Life will be held on Saturday, October 4 with a special Friday night edition on October 3. Both performances will be held in the main auditorium at 2021 E. Park Blvd, Plano, TX. Saturday Night Life features original comedy sketches and pays homage to fan favorites from the long-running television show, Saturday Night Live. With musical performances by Jason Biggs and the ALC band, the show offers a fun-filled night of laughs, surprises and performances that are appropriate for the entire family.

Directed by Laura Powers, Saturday Night Life features Miquell Hennigan as guest host. The full cast includes Derrick Sample, Katrina Potts, Steve McKiddy, Kris Banks, Chris Keeton, Threasa White, Jami Miller, Jeff Manning, Gary Powers, and Brandy Pearson.

“Saturday Night Life debuted last year, and it was a huge hit with our audiences,” states Jeff Hennigan, Senior Pastor at Abundant Life Church. “We are delighted to bring the show back to the ALC stage in 2008 with new comedy sketches and musical performances.”

The ALC Players are a theatre group funded in part by Abundant Life Church, a non-profit organization based in Plano, TX.
