New Service for New York City Renters

Kirby Sommers, a Manhattan based real estate broker, today announced a unique new service for renters in New York City. For qualifying apartment seekers, i-Dweller will provide direct access to landlord’s listings. The service will be of tremendous value to anyone seeking to rent an apartment in the city.

A survey conducted by Property and Portfolio Research estimates vacancy rates in Manhattan at 3.7 percent and predict the number will shrink to 3.3 percent by the end of this year and to 2.9 percent by 2011.

With landlords and brokers in Manhattan holding all the cards, i-Dweller was created to give the rental consumer an edge. “Why not help the renter, give them another weapon in their arsenal and help keep them in the city?” Sommers states.
