Tuesday Morning Signs Two Three-Year Contracts with AT&T for Insight on Network Spend

AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) today announced two three-year contract agreements with Dallas-based Tuesday Morning, an upscale, off-price retailer with 850 stores across the United States. Under the contracts’ terms, AT&T will provide long distance and broadband aggregation services for Tuesday Morning’s retail locations.

Through the AT&T BusinessDirect® Portal, Tuesday Morning will be able to manage its long distance and broadband services. The portal provides a visual breakdown of each store’s and region’s usage of telecommunications services.

Tuesday Morning retail locations were previously managed on a store-by-store basis. Now, using AT&T solutions, Tuesday Morning is able to take a comprehensive look at how telecommunications and broadband services are being used and analyze costs by store, by region and across the entire network. This will benefit the company by allowing it to make more comprehensive decisions that lead to greater cost efficiencies.

“In evaluating our broadband and voice services, we wanted to have better insight into what we were spending, and AT&T offered a solution that enabled us to do that,” said Stephen Heinmiller, Senior Vice President and CIO for Tuesday Morning. “By streamlining our telecommunications process across the company, we are now seeing where and how our Information Technology dollars are spent. This type of efficiency will help us analyze and optimize our cost structure.”

In addition to long distance and broadband aggregation services, AT&T currently provides Tuesday Morning with local service and high-speed Internet solutions.
