Harris Corporation on Winning Team for U.S. Army Contract

FALLS CHURCH, Virginia, January 3, 2006 — Harris Corporation (NYSE:HRS) announced today that it has been selected as a technical services subcontractor by NCI Information Systems, Inc., for the Total Engineering and Integration Services (TEIS) contract, which has a ceiling value to NCI and its subcontractors of $804 million. NCI Information Systems is a wholly owned subsidiary of NCI, Inc. (NASDAQ:NCIT). The TEIS contract will provide information systems engineering and information technology support to the United States Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC) and to other federal agencies worldwide. For NCI, this indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) program has a five-year period of performance, containing a base year and four one-year option periods.
