EMSL Analytical Begins Preparations for Move to New Corporate Offices

110,000 square foot facility will house the corporate laboratory and headquarters for expanding testing laboratory.

As one of the nation’s leading and fastest growing laboratories, EMSL Analytical will soon be moving from their Westmont, New Jersey corporate offices to a new facility in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. The final preparations are almost complete before the move begins in planned stages to ensure a smooth transition.

The decision to move the headquarters comes after several years of record growth. The company has also strategically opened a number of service centers and regional laboratories in recent years bringing a total of over 30 locations and approximately 500 employees to the company.

“We have been impacted by a substantial increase in business, especially from some of our newer divisions,” reported Paul Cochrane, Director of Marketing at EMSL Analytical. “A surge in samples from such areas as environmental chemistry, food testing and consumer products testing and business from what is now one of the largest product distributing businesses in our industry have all contributed to the new headquarters,” Cochrane reported.

The new facility will also house one of the industry’s largest dedicated training facilities for environmental professionals with the ability to easily seat over 150 course participants at a time. In conjunction with the training facility will be dedicated hands on equipment training stations showcasing the latest sampling equipment and diagnostic tools.

The upcoming move and new facility are all part of EMSL’s calculated strategic growth initiatives for the years ahead.
