Local Attorney Opens New Property Management Company in Camarillo

After 5 years managing properties while affiliated with a major Ventura County property management company, local Attorney/Realtor Tracy Lu Guillen, Esq. has opened her own property management office in Camarillo, Ca.

“Many rental property owners could benefit from professional property management,” said Guillen. “Some owners have difficulties because of numerous factors, including unfamiliarity with changing landlord/tenant laws, getting too involved personally with tenants, inadequate property maintenance and out-of-date market knowledge, or lack of market access, to name just a few.”

Tracy’s experience includes: owning residential income properties herself, many years working for a law firm as an attorney specializing in litigating against new construction defects, real estate office management, home sales, and leasing and property management in California. She currently manages properties in Camarillo, Oxnard, Ventura, Fillmore, Moorpark, Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks and Port Hueneme.
