Inquisite Names Jakob Franzen to Newly-Created Vice President of Customer Experience Position

Franzen takes on the newly created position after serving as Inquisite’s Vice President of Human Insight Management.

Franzen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from Texas A&M University. He is currently certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, a Certified Compensation Professional, and a Project Management Professional.
