Inquisite Names Jakob Franzen to Newly-Created Vice President of Customer Experience Position


Executive at leading survey software provider will oversee customer support, professional services and human resources

AUSTIN, TEXAS – September 4, 2008 - Inquisite, an established provider of Web-based software for easily collecting, understanding and managing feedback from customers and employees, today announced Jakob Franzen has become the company’s first Vice President of Customer Experience. Franzen takes on the newly created position after serving as Inquisite’s Vice President of Human Insight Management.

His domestic and international HR Management experience crosses a variety of disciplines and sectors including Public, Life Sciences, Electronics Manufacturing, Industrial Contracting, Software and Professional Services.

Franzen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from Texas A&M University. He is currently certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, a Certified Compensation Professional, and a Project Management Professional.
