Intentia Receives SEK 10.1 Million Order from Svenska Lantmännen

Stockholm, Sweden—Intentia International AB (publ) (XSSE:INT B) today announced that Svenska Lantmännen (Swedish Farmers Supply and Crop Marketing Association) has signed an SEK 10.1 million (approximately EUR 1.06 million) deal with Intentia. The deal means that Svenska Lantmännen will make additional investments in Intentia business systems that will form a new standard within the group.

Svenska Lantmännen has worked with Intentia since 1988 and has since then made gradual updates of its Intentia platform. The new system will cover up to 4,500 users and is Intentia’s latest Java-based version. This will improve the workflow and make the business more efficient. Svenska Lantmännen will experience considerable economies of scale with its new solution.

Per-Olof Olsson, the CIO of Lantmannen, says, “Intentia tools have long been used in different parts of our business group. Installing a common system throughout the business group goes along with our goal of gathering all companies under one common trademark, where common business practices will be very important.”

The agreement covers both licenses and maintenance. The implementation includes plans that were already made earlier and that will further strengthen the cooperation between the two companies.
