LOS ANGELES, CA -- December 20, 2004 -- National Lampoon Inc. (OTCBB:NLPN) today announced its wholly-owned division National Lampoon Tours has set Las Vegas and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico as the maiden destinations for its new Spring Break group travel and entertainment package offerings.

National Lampoon Executive Vice President, Douglas S. Bennett, said: “Las Vegas and Cabo represent ideal destinations for our spring break tours. We needed to find locations that would stand out from the vanilla packages offered by most student tour companies. Las Vegas and Cabo fit that build. Furthermore, we believe these locations will be very appealing to the viewers of our college television network, which has a strong presence at institutions of higher learning.”

National Lampoon Tours will sell 4 night travel packages to Las Vegas during a four-week period that will include meals, beverages, daily pool parties, a concert, theme party, poker tournament, celebrity appearances and other entertainment. A careful screening process will be used to restrict participants to ages 21 and older only.

National Lampoon Tours’s Spring Break in Cabo will be offered as four-to-seven night packages that include roundtrip air, hotel, ground transportation, daily pool and beach parties, nightly bar and club parties, a concert, bonfire, exciting contests and celebrity appearances. National Lampoon Tours has also partnered with the largest spring break company serving Cabo to provide full-service travel packages and onsite operations there next March.

National Lampoon recently launched National Lampoon Tours as part of its strategy to expand into additional business segments in order to increase revenue by leveraging both its brand and the power of the National Lampoon Network National Lampoon Tours offers full-service group travel and entertainment packages to college students heading out to Spring Break. National Lampoon Network’s presence on over 600 college and university campuses around the country, reaching into the dorms and residences of nearly five million 18-24 year-olds gives the Company greater access to the college market than most of the largest student tour companies.
