Cisco Steps to Success Improves Customer Satisfaction
SAN JOSE, Calif., December 14, 2005 - Cisco Systems® today announced the Cisco® Steps to Success enhanced Web portal, designed to enable productivity of resellers and distributors, and channel partners. More than 50 percent of channel partners using the portal surveyed cite increased customer satisfaction as a benefit and 60 percent say they experience shorter deployments and increased productivity by incorporating Steps to Success into their advanced technology practices.
Steps to Success provides Cisco knowledge, tools, best practices, and templates for Cisco channel partners worldwide to use in the planning and deployment of Cisco advanced technologies. Portal features include extensive search capabilities to quickly locate the necessary information, content refresh capabilities, customizable modules based on user needs and immediate chat and phone support.
