AmberPoint Signs Agreement with Eurosel, Leading Distributor in Italy

AmberPoint’s Latest Channel Agreement Further Extends Global Market Reach of Industry-Leading SOA Runtime Governance Software

Torino, Italy, June 2008 -- AmberPoint today announced it has signed a distribution agreement with Eurosel, an Italian software solutions specialist. The distribution agreement further extends AmberPoint’s global market reach, and is the latest in a number of successful distribution agreements across Europe. The AmberPoint SOA Management System is the most widely distributed, resold and OEM’ed SOA runtime governance software in the world.

Eurosel will distribute AmberPoint’s award-winning SOA runtime governance software to enterprise clients throughout Italy. Eurosel already has a strong customer base, 70 percent of which is in the financial services sector. The company has a strong track record in software sales and support for the European market, and has a deep understanding of SOA customer requirements gained through its success at distributing SOA solutions for mainframe-based systems.
