About Bill Grady

Bill Grady began selling advertising in 1982 at the age of 20 for a small market radio station. By age 23 he had become one of the youngest station managers in the country and first began teaching advertising basics to his sales staff. Through his broadcast career Bill Grady always carried a local sales list while guiding his stations to increased sales each year. Bill and his stations have been recognized with many local, state, and national awards including 3 consecutive Crystal Radio Awards for outstanding community service, and 3 consecutive Marconi Radio Awards for overall excellence in radio. He is a past president of the Iowa Broadcasters Association and was active in several lobbying efforts on behalf of the National Association of Broadcasters. Bill started his own company in the summer of 2002 and since then has brought his advertising/marketing knowledge and experience to over 1,500 small business owners in Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, and Oklahoma.
