Omni Hotels Adds a Sizzle to Summer with Four New Cocktails

IRVING, Texas .-- Omni Hotels across the U.S. has debuted “Summer Swizzles,” a special seasonal offering featuring four new signature cocktails with a tantalizing twist. This summer guests will experience the refreshing flavors of a Pomegranate Margarita, Zentini, Pyrat Reserve Tea and Cadillac Margarita. To develop the four drinks, Omni partnered with a master mixologist who created the new cocktails based on the latest beverage trends using fresh ingredients, premium spirits and spicy and savory flavors. Omni also developed a non-alcoholic sampling program to enable guests in the lobby to try one of the featured drinks.

“We found that guests and locals alike are more and more interested in trying something new which will captivate their taste buds,” said Stephen Rosenstock, senior vice president of food & beverage for Omni Hotels. “In celebration of the summer season, we created the “Summer Swizzles” menu to give them something quenching and flavorful with a new taste sensation.”

Pomegranate Margarita – a sassy mixture of Sauza Tres Generaciones Plata tequila, PAMA Pomegranate liqueur and fresh lemon and lime juices; featured May 25 - June 21

Zentini – a unique cocktail made with a savory blend of SKYY Infusions Citrus vodka and ZEN Green Tea liqueur, topped with a touch of white cranberry juice; featured June 22 - July 12

Pyrat Reserve Tea – created for the sweeter palate, fusing Pyrat XO Reserve rum, Cointreau, sweet & sour and a splash of refreshing Coke; featured July 13 - August 2

Cadillac Margarita – a medley of Herradura Silver tequila, Cointreau, fresh lemon and lime juices with a hint of Grand Marnier, creates a tangy yet smooth flavor; featured August 3 - 31
