BooksOnBoard Steeply Discounts New Summer Releases

A spate of new eBooks has hit the virtual shelves in time for summer. BooksOnBoard is currently offering Rewards specials on new titles by popular authors such as James Patterson, David Sedaris, Lee Child, Lauren Weisberger, and Sherrilyn Kenyon.

“Summer vacation is about relaxing with a good book,” according to Bob LiVolsi, President of BooksOnBoard. “Some of the new titles we offer are great summer reading material, and our low prices and Rewards specials make them accessible to a wider audience.”

Newly released thrillers include Sail by James Patterson and Nothing to Lose, Lee Child’s 12th novel in the bestselling Jack Reacher series. Popular suspense thriller author Douglas Preston, who frequently writes in conjunction with Lee Child, just released The Monster of Florence, the nonfiction account of an Italian serial killer.

Plague Ship by Clive Cussler and The Spies of Warsaw by Alan Furst, both Rewards titles, made BooksOnBoard’s bestseller list for the first week of June. Not in the Flesh is a recently released murder mystery by Ruth Rendell, a member of England’s House of Lords and recipient of 3 Edgar awards from the Mystery Writers of America. The scientific thriller The Judas Strain by James Rollins came out earlier this week. Both are Rewards titles.

“Thrillers are always popular in the summer,” according to Nathan Johnson, Director of Operations at BooksOnBoard. “Many of our customers will be uploading several thrillers to their Cybooks, Palms, Blackberries and other portable devices then heading to the beach – no more toting around heavy bags filled with books while on vacation!”
