CINCINNATI, December 9, 2005 — Harris Corporation (NYSE: HRS) today announced that Dome Productions, host broadcaster to the Canadian government and United Nations for coverage of the 2005 United Nations Climate Change Conference, chose Leitch products as the key components for this major international project. Running November 28 - December 9 in Montreal, this historic event combines the eleventh conference of the parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the first-ever meeting of the parties to the Kyoto Protocol.

Harris supplied Dome Productions with a wide range of its Leitch equipment on a leased basis, including X75™SD multiple-path converter/synchronizers, NEO™ advanced application modules, 6800+ utility broadcast/monitoring modules, SuiteView™ multi-source display processors and Videotek® test and measurement instruments.

“We have a long history with Leitch, having worked with the company on all our major projects in the past,” said Gabriel Trempe, director of engineering of Dome Productions. “We selected Leitch to provide key components for use during the 2005 UNFCCC because the company’s products fulfilled all our requirements in terms of functionality and are also robust enough to withstand the rigors of this demanding project.”

The 2005 United Nations Climate Change Conference brings together 7,000 delegates and observers from 189 countries to discuss how countries can better work together to address climate change, including the implementation of the Kyoto Protocol and future initiatives. As host broadcaster of the conference, Dome Productions is providing foreign and domestic broadcasters with live color pictures and international sound of major events, including the welcoming and opening ceremonies, plenary sessions and press conferences.

“Dome Productions has provided technical services for numerous prestigious, international events in the past, and we are pleased that they continue to demonstrate confidence in our company by consistently choosing Leitch solutions for their most challenging projects,” said Tim Thorsteinson, president of Leitch, which is part of the Broadcast Communications Division of Harris Corporation.
