CNH Holdings Company dba Cistera Networks Expanding to Canada and Growing in U.S.

DALLAS, TX -- -- 10/08/2004 -- CNH Holdings Company (OTC BB: CNHC) dba Cistera Networks, a leading platform provider for advanced IP phone applications in the Cisco IP Telephony environment, today announced the opening of its first international office in Toronto, Canada. The subsidiary will be Cistera Networks Canada. This opening coincides with a major expansion that will more than double the size of the company’s corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas.

“The subsidiary in Canada will help us meet growing demand in Northern America and will enable us to be more responsive by providing local support for our customers in the area,” stated Greg Royal, EVP and Chief Technology Officer.

In November of 2003, Cistera Networks began shipping its Cistera Convergence Server™ (CCS) -- a low-cost, reliable network appliance that serves as a gateway to Cisco’s CallManager® for advanced applications that enhance productivity and power the IP phone network. The CCS™ has a robust suite of integrated applications including: QuickRecord™, CallCenterRecord™, RapidBroadcast™, VirtualDirectory™, ContentStreamer™, PhoneVerify™, PhoneAssist™, along with the native platform toolsets -- RuleSetManager™ and GroupManager™. The CCS™ also hosts authorized third-party applications such as Cisco AVVID partner AAC Inc.’s PhoneTop® K-12 and Alerts Applications.
