Honeywell Receives Boeing Performance Award

Excellence Award Recognizes Consumables Solutions business for Quality and Delivery Performance in 2006-2007

PHOENIX, May 2008 -- Honeywell (NYSE: HON) announced today that three of its hardware distribution sites received Boeing’s Silver Performance Excellence Award for quality and delivery for 2006-2007.

The Boeing Performance Excellence Award is a site-specific award given to suppliers who maintain the best composite score for quality and delivery for each month of the 12-month annual performance period.

The Consumables Solutions business within Honeywell is a distributor of aerospace hardware; such as fasteners, bearings, electrical parts and seals, and offers a variety of inventory management solutions. The Honeywell sites recognized are Torrance, Calif.; Tempe, Ariz.; and Roanoke, Texas.

To be eligible for this award, specific supplier sites must maintain greater than a 99.8% acceptance rate and a 98% on-time delivery rate each month for the reporting period. Honeywell was among 250 companies out of approximately 10,000 worldwide suppliers to receive a silver or gold performance award.
