eBay Pop Culture Expert Karen Bard Joins

As the former editor-in-chief of, Bard spent six years keeping her finger on the pulse of the American public’s infatuation with all things pop culture, delivering news on trends and celebrity gossip, interviewing stars and fashion designers and identifying local city hot spots.
