VIA’s Services between Sudbury and White River to Return to Normal Thursday

Toronto – VIA Rail Canada wishes to advise travellers that as of May 1st , its services between Sudbury and White River, in both directions, will return to normal. Services on the route were temporarily suspended due to mechanical difficulties.

VIA’s “Lake Superior” service operates three times per week in each direction, as follows:

Train 185 (Tues – Thurs – Sat)
Lv. Sudbury – 9:00 a.m.
Lv. Chapleau – 2:15 p.m.
Ar. White River – 5:45 p.m.

Train 186 (Weds – Fri – Sun)
Lv. White River – 9:00 a.m.
Lv. Chapleau – 1:15 p.m.
Ar. Sudbury – 6:30 p.m.
