HOUSTON, TX -- 12/14/2004 -- First Capital International, Inc. (OTC BB: FCAI), the Designer and Manufacturer of its prepackaged VIP Systems™, (www.VipHomeSystems.com) -- a state-of-the-art Home Automation and Video Surveillance Security Solution, announced today that the Company will open its first retail store in Houston, Texas.

“This is a new distribution channel for us,” said Alex Genin - President and CEO for the Company. Mr. Genin went on to further state: “We believe this new retail store concept will bring us closer to our ultimate consumer.”

The Company will market its new concept of retail storefronts throughout the U. S. markets in an attempt to bring a new distribution channel to its existing marketing efforts.

The Company is actively marketing its Home Automation Solutions to the newly emerging and rapidly growing Hi-rise Condominium Developments and Developers in Texas. The Company has developed a basic and economical Home Automation Solution for Hi-rise developers which will allow them to offer an elaborate Home Automation Solution as a standard package for newly built Condominium units.
