INTSPEI Sponsors 6th International Scientific and Practical Conference on Programming UkrPROG 2008

March 20, 2008 - Kiev - New York – International Software & Productivity Engineering Institute (INTSPEI) announced that it is sponsoring the 6th International Scientific and Practical Conference on Programming UkrPROG 2008, which will be hosted in Kiev, Ukraine on May 27-29, 2008.

Following a successful series of conferences that have been held since 1998, the UkrPROG 2008 conference will be held in Kiev, Ukraine, at the Cybernetics Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (NASU). UkrPROG is a Ukrainian biannual national forum for programming and information technology professionals. More than 150 participants from leading science and educational institutions of Ukraine, CEE and other countries are going to attend the conference this year; approximately 100 scientific papers will be presented.

The key purpose of the conference is to provide a forum for discussion of the most important achievements in both the theory and practice of programming, software engineering and applications and to extend the interaction of academia and practitioners in this area of science and technology. The main audience and participants at the UkrPROG 2008 are researchers from academic departments, laboratories and industrial organizations of Ukraine and other CEE countries.
