Company is a is fifth time honoree
RACINE, Wis. - SC Johnson Germany ranks among the 100 best places to work in Germany as produced by the Great Place to Work® Institute and announced by German business magazine Capital. The company is number 62 on the list, and the recognition marks the fifth time the company has been on the list.
“To be honored along with so many other great companies is outstanding,” said Luca Mignini, Senior Vice President – Europe, ANZ, Japan. “As we saw last year, this list is increasingly competitive. So I’m very proud of everyone at SC Johnson Germany for their tremendous efforts in fostering a great workplace and ensuring SC Johnson Germany has a place on this prestigious list.”
Rankings on the list are based on company culture, practices and policies and largely evaluated on anonymous employee opinion survey. Survey questions focused on fairness, team spirit, credibility, pride and the employer.
“As a family company, we’re committed to providing the best environment for our people to grow personally and professionally,” said Roberto Leopardi, Group Managing Director – European Central Cluster. “Being on this list largely reflects the opinions of our employees, so it’s rewarding to know that our programs and unique culture work for our people.”
None of SC Johnson Germany’s major competitors were featured on this year’s list.
The Great Place to Work® study is administered by the market research firm Psychonomics AG in cooperation with the Great Place to Work® Institute which evaluates and benchmarks companies around the world.
