Lyon, France, November 23, 2005 – Infogrames Entertainment has announced the appointment of Thierry Dettloff to the position of Group Chief Financial Officer.

Coming in the wake of the addition of Evence-Charles Coppée and Jean-Michel Perbet as Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Dettloff’s appointment represents another move aimed at strengthening Infogrames’ management team.

Mr. Dettloff will work with Evence-Charles Coppée on the development of a worldwide financial management and internal control system intended to provide the Group with the resources it needs to return to profitability. In that capacity, he will be in charge of the Group’s finances, including financial reporting, internal audits and controls, treasury, investor relations, etc.

Commenting on Mr. Dettloff’s appointment, Evence-Charles Coppée stated that: “Infogrames is happy to welcome an executive of Thierry Dettloff’s caliber on its staff. His experience as Controller and Chief Financial Officer of major French and international corporations makes him ideally suited to provide the Group with the expertise it needs at this stage of Infogrames’ turn-around process.”

Prior to joining Infogrames Entertainment, Thierry Dettloff served as an associate of Deloitte Finance in Paris, where his responsibilities included the coordination of due diligence procedures in connection with mergers, acquisitions and refinancing operations, as well as the oversight of financial restructurings.
