Wholesale Seafood and Fish Distribution Vendors Are Global Target of New Foreign Exchange Accounting Software Module

HOUSTON, TX – February 19, 2008 –Wholesale seafood and fish distribution vendors are the target for a new foreign exchange accounting module to be introduced next week at the International Seafood Show Feb. 24-26 in Boston.

The new accounting tool was designed by Edible Software, a wholesale food distribution inventory control software company in Houston. The software, designed specifically for the wholesale seafood and fresh fish industry, gives users the ability to purchase product from - or sell product to – foreign countries, and track the resulting profit or loss on the exchange rates.
