EMSL Analytical Acquires NCG Laboratories from Nova Consulting Group

Major Midwest microbiology and asbestos laboratory joins the EMSL network.

The addition of the new laboratory continues EMSL’s calculated growth strategies and adds to the existing 27 EMSL and LA Testing locations across the country.

EMSL’s hallmark for success has always been to bring that dedicated local expertise directly to its customers. The acquisition of NCG Laboratories continues this trend as this operation will be consolidated with an existing EMSL facility that operates in Indianapolis.

NCG Laboratories was the laboratory division of Nova Consulting Group, Inc. The laboratory is a recognized provider of high quality industrial hygiene, asbestos and microbiological laboratory services. The parent company, Nova Consulting Group, is based in Chaska, Minnesota and operates sixteen nationwide consulting offices offering expertise in the areas of asbestos, indoor air quality, hazardous materials, due diligence for real estate transactions and other environmental needs.
