Fujifilm – Xerox Collaboration Brings New Revenue-Generating Opportunities to Retailers Including Photo Books, Photo Calendars and Folded Greeting Cards

Valhalla, NY, and Rochester, NY, January 24, 2008— FUJIFILM U.S.A., Inc. and Xerox Corporation (NYSE:XRX) have aligned their digital imaging and printing expertise to expand Frontier solutions and provide retailers a complete photo specialty solution for photo books, photo calendars, folded greeting cards and other customized photo printed products.

The Xerox Phaser 7760® tabloid color laser printer offers duplex printing for photo books, calendars and cards, and a maximum resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi with a 600 x 600 x 4 dpi Photo Mode to ensure smooth color transitions. The printer features a first-page-out time as fast as 9 seconds for color, printing speeds up to 35 prints per minute for color prints and 45 prints per minute for black and white prints. The Phaser 7760 accommodates a wide range of paper sizes up to 11.5 x 17 inches.

“We are committed to supporting our retail partners by providing them with the solutions they need to meet evolving consumer demand, drive store traffic and increase revenue,” said John Meyer, vice president, commercial marketing, FUJIFILM U.S.A., Inc. “To bring these solutions to market, we wanted a partner that could meet Fujifilm’s quality standards and Xerox products have an unmatched reputation in the industry for a high quality of digital color output.”

Fujifilm’s complete solution for the retail photo market seamlessly integrates into a retailer’s existing Frontier workflow so that orders can be received from a GetPix kiosk ordering station. The Fujifilm photo book solution uses Fujifilm’s proprietary Image Intelligence® technology to ensure a high quality image with fine-line detail and crisp text. The complete solution includes software, consumables, binding and finishing equipment and the Xerox Phaser 7760, a high-quality digital color printer.

“Retailers have a tremendous opportunity with this solution to capitalize on highly profitable, high quality photo applications with a minimal investment,” said David Bates, vice president, Xerox Office Group. “This landmark solution brings together decades of digital imaging and digital printing expertise from Xerox and Fujifilm.”

The Xerox Phaser 7760 works with GetPix Kiosk Terminal Software 2.5 for use with the GetPixTM V5 and F6 Kiosk Terminals. The Fujifilm photo specialty print solution can also use the DigiLabs suite of applications making it easy for consumers to make photo books, cards and calendars.

“Our retail customers have been very enthusiastic with this solution. We are pleased to bring our customers this high quality, fast printing solution. Custom books, cards and calendars can be designed literally in seconds,” said Meyer. “The solution combines innovative photo software with retail order management capability, to enhance the growing business of photo specialty items.”

The Xerox Phaser 7760 will be demonstrated at Fujifilm’s booth, # E100 at PMA 2008, where visitors will experience the choice of the two workflow solutions, the GetPix Kiosk and Digilabs software.
