32 Global companies have selected ADP® GlobalViewSM HR BPO Services Powered by SAP solutions for over 190,000 Employees

Brussels, Belgium - November 15, 2005 - ADP Employer Services, a leading worldwide provider of HR Payroll and Benefit Outsourcing Services, and SAP AG (NYSE: SAP) today announced that GlobalViewSM, ADP’s HR outsourcing offering for multi-national organizations based on SAP’s industry-leading HR business solutions, has been selected by 32 global companies in 24 countries as the HR Business Process Outsourcing business process outsourcing (BPO) platform to serve nearly 190,000 employees.

ADP’s GlobalViewSM offering powered by SAP represents one of the largest and most established Business Process Outsourcing practices in the Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) industry and is expected to show continued rapid adoption and progress in the coming year.

A recent HR Transformation Study conducted by the Shared Services and Business Process Outsourcing Association (SBPOA), commissioned by ADP, revealed that SAP is the HR business software of choice for approximately half of the respondents. The survey addressed a target group of 1,500 HR professionals from the SBPOA community between June 2005 and October 2005. More survey findings will be revealed this week at HRO World Europe.

Combining ADP’s HR outsourcing services and mySAP™ ERP Human Capital Management (mySAP ERP HCM) helps customers reduce and control costs and maximize service quality and employee satisfaction while keeping outsourcing risk to a minimum. GlobalViewSM provides a consistent approach to HR processes based on best practices and reusable templates with local expertise for payroll and HR administration.

SAP has optimized its solution set for use in BPO by providing the right business process foundation powered by the SAP NetWeaver® platform, making it easier for companies to move non-core business processes outside the enterprise while retaining full control of information and workflows in a seamless, tightly integrated fashion.

“GlobalViewSM enables international companies like EMC to benefit from a common HR information system, the SAP platform combined with ADP’s one-to-many service model,” said Jack Mollen, Senior Vice President of HR for EMC. “This infrastructure is designed to enable access to consistent HR practices and policies across all countries and reach economies of scale that would have been difficult to obtain with a solution run internally.”

The first steps in the collaboration between ADP and SAP were undertaken in 2000 in the Asia Pacific region. In 2004 the parties forged a fully-fledged BPO partnership, extending joint activities to cover Europe and North America. Having demonstrated significant momentum since its first introduction, GlobalViewSM will be available in more than 50 countries within the next two years. This offering supports multi-national companies that are looking for cost efficiency and service improvements through HRO.

“We are very pleased with the results of our collaboration with SAP, a most capable and reliable partner contributing truly leading business solutions. As a market leader, we are well-positioned to become the provider of choice for multi-national organizations,” said Gary Butler, President and Chief Operating Officer of ADP. “Building on that position of strength, we have extended the alliance to offer the SAP-based services in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. GlobalViewSM is the only solution of its kind that can address the needs of multi-national companies across the Asia-Pacific region, Europe and North America.”

“ADP has established itself as a very serious provider within the global Human Resources Outsourcing market and SAP is investing significantly in its Business Process Outsourcing program at a time when the industry is beginning to find its feet,” said Phil Fersht, Global Research Vice-President, NelsonHall, a leading analyst firm specialized in BPO research. "With ADP’s service model and SAP’s platform now optimized for BPO, GlobalViewSM can be leveraged across multiple global customers. Both companies have the vision, resources, services and software infrastructure to deliver managed HR services on a global scale.”

“SAP has responded to the market by aligning its solutions and services to BPO so that ADP, a leading, global provider of HR outsourcing services, can deliver better services through our “BPO Services Powered by SAP” program,” said Léo Apotheker, member of the SAP Executive Board and President of Global Field Operations, SAP. “The success of our partnership illustrates the market acceptance of our joint vision and execution capabilities, and the power of the proven SAP NetWeaver platform to provide the application functionality and integration technology to help companies leverage BPO. We look forward to continued success together in delivering service excellence to the market.”

GlobalViewSM is the ADP HR & Payroll service solution based on mySAP™ ERP Human Capital Management (mySAP ERP HCM). ADP currently offers GlobalViewSM in 24 country versions and is quickly expanding the offering to more than 50 countries. With its leading platform SAP NetWeaver, SAP helps ADP to easily connect to its clients’ systems and allows the company to seamlessly integrate with the retained enterprise applications.
