Kofy Brown...Hip-Hop Soul artist turned rock bassist for Sistas in the Pit has a rare live performance with her soul induced raw edged band, The KBB at Oakland’s new hot spot the Uptown Club on Telegraph Ave.

Kofy Brown has been a pioneering force in the Bay Area’s hip-hop soul scene since the early 90’s. Leading her band on tour paving the way for other indie artist to trek forth, the KBB have spread the gospel of Brown’s unique style of soul, rock, funk and more all over North America and Europe.

About to release her 7th full length CD “Soul Rock” Kofy Brown is scheduling limited performances here in the States and jumping the pond to Europe for a 3 week tour of Switzerland, the Netherlands and Austria!
