AT&T to Provide Global Telecommunications Services to Mcafee
AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) has announced that McAfee, Inc. has signed a multimillion dollar, three-year contract with AT&T to provide long distance voice, enhanced toll-free and Virtual Private Network (VPN) services for McAfee’s 30 domestic and global sites.
McAfee is the world’s leading security-technology company, delivering proactive and proven solutions and services that secure systems and networks around the world.
Under the terms of the agreement, AT&T will provide McAfee with a global Wide Area Network (WAN) solution serving all engineering and product-development sites, as well as McAfee’s “quote to cash” sites for customers purchasing McAfee’s security products and subscription renewals. Additionally, AT&T’s enhanced toll-free services will support all technical and customer call center applications.
