Receives Recognition for Highest Growth in SMB Wireless Networking.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif.— D-Link, the end to end networking solutions provider for consumers and business, today announced that the numbers once again show that D-Link is the fastest growing networking company in the small-to-medium business (SMB) wireless segment with the highest increase in market share for the six-month period ending June 2007. In its November issue, CRN Magazine identifies D-Link as the “Best-Seller” in the SMB wireless networking category with the highest growth - a 1.9 jump in market share - taking it to 8.22 percent in June 2007.

D-Link’s growth surpassed Linksys Group, which showed a lower gain with 1.3, and also exceeded Cisco Systems, which lost 0.7 percent. Netgear Inc. lost the largest percentage in the SMB segment, losing 3.4 percent, according to data from the NPD Group/Distributor Track for the six-month period ending June 2007.

“The worldwide SMB market has approximately 80 million potential customers, all of which are in need of network and Internet connectivity to run their day to day business operations,” said Norm Bogen, director of networking for In-Stat Research, “D-Link has once again shown leadership in this extremely competitive market segment, and we attribute their continued success to an extensive manufacturing capability, a global distribution model that reaches over 100 countries and an impressive breadth of network and industry-leading connectivity products specifically designed for the small to medium sized business.”

“The CRN Bestsellers List is the authoritative technology guideline for readers as they make their product decisions and recommendations,” said Robert C. DeMarzo, vice president and editorial director, CMP Channel. “It recognizes companies that might not lead their particular sector in overall market share according to traditional research firms, but that are formidable drivers of dollar volume revenue through the Channel. We applaud the companies on this mid-year listing.”

“We are pleased to be recognized by CRN Magazine, and especially by our small and medium business customers that put their confidence in D-Link and in our products, for our success in penetrating and building global business worldwide that serves the networking needs of the SMB,” said Keith A. Karlsen, Executive Vice President of D-Link Systems, Inc. “We attribute our ability to consistently drive business and retain a leadership position in the SMB space to our channel partners, the hard work and commitment of our people, our world-class networking product offerings and our overall focus on serving our customers in order to grow our business.”
